A brand that needs no introduction, Thorntons has been a British institution for well over a century, so we’re delighted to have been chosen as their new social media agency.

In the last few years, Thorntons has readjusted its focus to primarily online retail and sought more supermarket listings through new, innovative ranges.

So we were asked to put together a social media strategy that could revive their dormant channels and drive customers to their site.
