The Brief

National Holidays is the UK’s number 1 coach holiday company and although coach travel has come a long way since the 80s – perceptions are still to change. 

With an emphasis on the incredible value for money, amazing UK and European destinations to be explored and the modern fleet we developed an influencer campaign designed to change perceptions around coach travel.

Our Approach 

Researching and liaising with a set of 5 influencers across family, budget travel, showtime and European travel each with their own audience being reflective of the National Holidays customer and future target customers.

We also work alongside their in-house marketing team to create effective, brand-led social media content to drive sales and engage their customers.

We think of Brilliant as an extension to National Holidays Digital marketing team. We are working with them to launch our first Social Media Influencer campaign, which is designed to increase brand awareness and help change the perceptions of coach travel. We have so far seen some really positive results, including an increase in new followers, engagement and bookings. The team at Brilliant are great to work with and have gone the extra mile to help us create some great social content. We look forward to continuing working with them!
