To inspire the audience, we focused on creating seasonal content and campaigns that showcased the quality and versatility of the products.
We worked on developing the English Provender tone of voice to maintain the thoughtful personality, knowledge and trustworthiness while communicating in a more accessible way to a younger audience. The key was in ensuring all communications offered value relevant to the audience. Whether this came from a sense of escapism, inspiration or offering some useful insight, be that culinary or otherwise.
The English Provender Co. are leaders in the chutney and pickle game bringing a higher level of passion, heritage and ingredient knowledge to their products than other retail brands can. Our main goals were to drive awareness of the brand, grow engagement on their social media channels and engage a younger audience with an evolution in brand communications.
