The team at Baker Street wanted to elevate their brand comms with a focused and personality-driven marketing strategy. Having recently re-branded they wanted to raise awareness of their products and their brand mission (to reduce food waste through innovation), reach a wider audience and, ultimately, drive revenue.
With an initial focus on social media, the objective is to educate the audience as to how the Baker Street products reduce food waste and how they’ve managed to innovate by introducing a clean packaging process that gives their baked goods a longer shelf-life. Though the products are designed to battle a serious problem, that doesn’t mean the comms have to be super serious. In fact, quite the opposite. The aim is to educate and entertain at the same time. To build trust with the audience and inspire change through positive messaging. Our approach is to create brand-led content that bubbles with personality, brings the brand story to life and consistently features the wide range of products on offer.
