When we started working with Beanies in 2013 they were a little-known coffee brand who had just landed their first major listing with Sainsbury’s. With no followers, a tiny social media presence and no real direction, the only brief was to sell more coffee! Having grown a heavily-engaged, global community of over 350,000 Beanies Fans, whose dedication to the brand is one that many companies would be envious of. We continue to grow their community whilst standing proud on social media as the flavour fanatics of the coffee world.
Our Approach
With content spanning Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, we’ve established and developed a tone of voice that is unique to Beanies’ energetic personality and portrays nothing but excitement and love for flavourful coffee!
We’ve created multiple, large social campaigns to support new stockists, new flavours, seasonal changes and innovative ideas – at times derived from consumers themselves. We’ve supported Beanies as they’ve expanded their stockists into Aldi, Lidl and Holland & Barrett and developed their overarching communications strategy for consumers and retail.
