It’s been a busy few months at Brilliant and great to be working with some new clients including The Fruitypot Family – fresh from their brand refresh by Uber we’re delighted to have taken over their social media channels to help them boost sales of their Fruitypots in Asda and new product JellySqueeze. See what we’ve been up to on their Fruitypot Family Twitter and Facebook pages: JellySqueeze, Fruitypot.
We’ve also begun working with Binghams Potted Meats and Spreads – helping them to get their famous spreads into the hands of a younger audience and share their 100 years of history and memories. It also means we get to eat a lot of potted meat – A LOT!
Earlier this year it was all hands to the deck (or iPads) as out client Rob Shaw of The Crackin’ Egg Co along with his trusty sidekick Pepper The Hen entered The Dragons’ Den to try and win investment for their brightly coloured hard boiled eggs.
It was a furious night of tweets as our team dealt with over 7000 brand engagements from eager Dragons’ Den viewers and egg aficionados. Every comment, tweet and quip was dealt with in The Crackin’ Egg Co’s blunt, funny and honest tone of voice.
We became a member of The Guild of Fine Foods and Laurra now has a regular column for the Fine Food Digest where she’ll be sharing ideas and advice to help food and drink brands to utilise social media. We’ll also be exhibiting at the Fine Food Show in Harrogate June 19th – 20th.
If you want to see us in action, Laurra will be speaking for Deliciously Yorkshire on Wednesday 20th April and at The Harrogate Fine Food Show on ‘The trade secrets of social media success…’ tickets are still available for both events.
And we’ve been messing around with any new app that comes our way… MSQRD by far the favourite so far.
And finally our big news is that we’re on the move! Relocating to a more permanent base in Mabgate, Leeds where our new office is currently under construction! We’ve had a great few years in Holbeck but it’s time to upsize!
We look forward to showing you our new space in May!
