Adding more Ferrero brands to our client portfolio in 2025!

Having delivered social media creative content and community management for Thorntons since 2022, we will now be renewing our contract with the Ferrero-owned favourites, as well as welcoming Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac and Nutella to their portfolio.

We commenced our work with Thorntons through the development of a strategic social media plan, incorporating channel choice, relaunch tactics and revised visual and written social language guides, modernising the brand’s social presence and incorporating key brand cues into both photography and video content.

Through regular campaigns and community management, we have also been able to reestablish Thorntons’ identity, direct customers to new purchase points and deliver key messages around gifting, quality and taste.

Speaking about their work together, Thorntons’ Marketing Manager, Claire Cox said:

Brilliant has been working with us on Thorntons for 18 months, and I can honestly say they live up to their name of being ‘Brilliant!’

[They are] a highly experienced, supportive and energised team who have helped us re-enter the world of social and reconnect with our audiences in a relevant, modern and engaging way – smashing our KPIs!

We look forward to working with the team on our strategy for 2025 and beyond.”

Following this successful partnership, the relationship between Brilliant and Ferrero will now strengthen further, after the agency won a pitch to oversee the community management for some of the company’s much-loved household brands.

Mike Davis, Managing Director of Brilliant shared how…

“Securing a portfolio of well-known brands while renewing our valued partnership with Thorntons demonstrates Brilliant’s clear strategic vision and the expertise of our team.

We deeply appreciate Ferrero’s continued trust in us and are energised by the opportunity to support their brands with their social media activity.”
