As we prepare to celebrate turning 13 we are thrilled to welcome two new members to our senior leadership team.
Phillippa Barrett joins as Account Director, and is charged with overseeing Brilliant’s major food and beverage brands, and comes at a time when we have enjoyed 100% renewal of our retainer client work, as well as a number of new client wins in the past 6 months.
Phillippa is a marketing specialist with 20 years’ cross-channel experience at marketing agencies and in-house, across a range of sectors including Food & Drink, Retail, Interior Design, Automotive, FMCG and Financial Services. Phillippa was previously Client Services lead on Diageo, Barilla and Unilever’s Dove.
Sarah joins as Marketing Director and will be responsible for crafting Brilliant’s own marketing strategy, as the business looks to prioritise communication of its brand and celebrate the continued success of its team.
Sarah comes with 20 years’ experience working for and with agencies where she has been responsible for building out internal marketing teams. Helping agencies lead by example when it comes to what a great marketing strategy looks like.
