After an absolutely Brilliant first year working together, English Provender Co. renewed their Very Lazy and English Provender accounts with Brilliant, as well as appointing across their entire range of brands. This has been super exciting for the all of us at Brilliant! We’ve loved working with the EPC Marketing team, who have a really clear vision for their brands, as well as being super open-minded and creatively inclined. The new brands that we have now added to our roster include Newman’s Own and the newly launched Ravish – English Provender Co.’s sub-brand of relishes aimed at a younger audience.

We began working on the Very Lazy and English Provender accounts in 2018 (how time flies!) and have spent the last year doing what we do best – elevating their presence on social media, with a particular focus on driving awareness and sales for Very Lazy.

We use our full-service digital talent to deliver everything from creative content, influencer marketing, paid digital advertising and social media. All of which has been bolstered by our proactive approach to Community Management – which has been a key component in growing audiences and increasing engagement rates. For example – we have seen Very Lazy go from strength to strength! With large numbers of people now tagging Very Lazy in their daily activities… on well, a daily basis.

Due to this, our clients at EPC recognised an opportunity to apply our expertise across all of their brands, especially Newman’s Own – which a particularly exciting brand to work on! The unique dressings and marinades brand was founded by Hollywood actor, the one and only, Paul Newman! Even better, Newman’s Own donates 100% of its profits to charity. Now we’re on a journey with English Provender Co. supporting them to reposition Newman’s Own, increase consumer awareness and consideration, and of course telling its rich brand narrative.

As part of this I was also able to meet with the absolutely fantastic charity, Over The Wall. Over The Wall is part of the SeriousFun network, originally founded by Paul Newman, to hold summer camps for kids who have serious and often debilitating illnesses. The work they do is amazing and we’re so happy to work with a brand who is supporting this kind of work with the profits made from their business.

As we embark on 2020, we’ve already got so much planned across the EPC brands – watch this space!
