They help devise our marketing strategies, provide audience insights and have huge influence over the social media of some of the UK’s biggest household brands.
Creative Team
Great content is what our business all comes down to and what our clients crave more than anything.
That’s why we need our creative team to thrive when it comes to idea generation and output, providing exciting solutions across copy, graphics, photography and videography.
Thinking outside the box is never enough. You need to think inside, around and underneath it too!
Crucially though, we give all our creatives the tools they need to flourish. From training courses to new software, the world is yours… as is our in-house photography studio with a built-in kitchen – a playground for your creative instincts!
Senior Leadership
The Brilliant Senior Team is our bridge between clients and staff – a strong, reliable foundation that allows for more collaborative relationships!
Everyone at the agency plays a key role in our success and it’s the senior team’s role to ensure everyone has the tools and the time required to bring their best.
You’ll oversee our departments and ensure work is being delivered in line with our clear, creative and collaborative values while also taking a lead on campaign work, branding projects and client onboarding.

4.5 Day
Work Week.
Early Friday finishes and late Monday morning starts. At no reduced pay! We also offer flexible working from home.
Monthly Subscription Cover.
We offer a £20 monthly subsidy for your gym membership, entertainment packages or even just your bus pass! This increases to £40 after 2 years of employment.
Additional Annual Leave.
On top of your leave allowance, every team member also gets an additional day of leave for their birthday! For each year you spend with the company, you’ll also receive an extra day of annual leave, up to a max of 5.
